When I was little, I always looked forward to the amazing Cold Cake my mom would make for my brother and l. Each slice felt like a little piece of joy. Every bite was a reminder that the best things in life don't have to be so complicated. Watching her make it, I realized how something cherished in the right way, could bring so much happiness, and that's when I got the idea to introduce this dish to the masses of our Community in Lahore: I was like "Why not create something of my own that brings that same warmth and sweetness to other people?" Inspired by those childhood moments, I set out to build a brand that celebrates life's simple pleasures and the magic in everyday things. I hope you enjoy this dessert as much as I did as a child and an adult
